Getting Comfy for Writing...

   Since returning from break, we have decided to make a little change to our writer's workshop.  Instead of sitting at our seats and tables to create stories, we now can get comfy anywhere around the room to do it.  We are learning that some authors write better standing than sitting.  Some write better on the carpet than on the table.  Wherever our imagination works best is where we get to work.  Add a little soft 'thinking music' to the mix, and we can create some awesome stories!

Movie & PJ Day

     On the last day before winter break, we earned our second reward for getting the links to touch the floor.  The reward was....MOVIE DAY! We were even able to spend the day in our pajamas, thanks to the Student Council.  We snacked on popcorn, lounged around, and enjoyed Santa Paws 2.  It was a blast!
